Just sharing another reminder, found in a song, that takes us straight to Philippians 4:13!

Katy Nichole’s song, featuring Naomi Raine – My God Can – talks about this very verse!! It helps listeners refocus their attention on God’s strength!! It’s just another comforting reminder we all need from day to day.

Friends, we can stand in confidence, because God’s got everything under His control!! Make sure you take the time to put this Bible verse to good use. Read it, reread it, memorize it, journal it…refer to it often! There is power in God’s Word and we can claim it all by faith.

A Story To Share

Growing up, Philippians 4:13 was one of the Bible verses that hung on a wall in our home. The verse held a special place in my mom’s heart, still does, and I am over-the-moon blessed she saw fit to hang it up for all to see. AND… I am so very thankful I got to see it every day! I got to be reminded of God’s power every day!!

Friends, throughout the years it was just another reminder God knew I needed. It’s a verse that resonates with the young as much as the old. It’s simple, makes sense, and can comfort the heart at any age.

You know what’s even more exciting…God not only sends out reminders to us through Scripture, but He can speak to us through music – hence, the song I’m writing about right now, conversations we have on a daily, bumper stickers or signs we see driving down the road, words we hear just passing by, during the Sunday sermon or Wednesday Bible study, and even when we are listening to our favorite podcast. God is alive and He’s speaking…so tune down the distractions and pay attention.

Side note – If you were to come over to my house you’d also find Bible verses carefully hung here and there. <<Thank you so much, mom, for the inspiration!!>> It’s one of my most favorite ways to decorate, and I’ve slowly been adding more as the years go by…because you can never have too many Bible verses that adorn your walls, bookshelves, etc. You just never know who’s heart will be touched, or how profound of an impact, a simple Bible verse hung proudly on the wall of your home will be. So, why not give it a try?!

Let’s fill our hearts with this song believing…

God IS in the midst of it!! He is fighting for us!! His power is greater…it’s sufficient!!! He can part the waters, calm the storm, and make the giants fall. Our Lord heals, comforts, and breaks every chain.

Friends, we can trust in the Lord God Almighty, because HE CAN!!

Philippians 4:13 is just one of the many Bible verses that help remind us God is in control and capable. We are not meant to go about life on our own. We have a Savior and Lord willing to help us out…willing to be our strength!! And, friends, His strength is mighty…it’s powerful and readily available to all those that cry out to Him. Now, that’s some pretty amazing confidence to stand in!!
