Our Father’s Heart
A Heart Filled With A Song
POWERFUL, FULL OF LOVE
“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.” 1 John 3:1 (ESV)

A Song In Our Heart
HEART OF THE FATHER (a song to fill our hearts with)
Jesus Your Name is Power
It’s breath and living water
And Your Spirit guides me
To the heart of the Father
Let Your praise ring louder
Every day and every hour
Cause Your Spirit guides me
To the heart of the Father
-Ryan Ellis, lyrics from “Heart of the Father”
There’s just something special about a song that gives praise to God for who He is and all He does. These kind of songs do wonders for a heart!! They add words to the feelings we express when we worship Him. And…the Heart of the Father, by Ryan Ellis, does just that!
Our Father’s heart brings life! His heart is powerful and full of love. His heart longs for a relationship with each and every single one of His children. This is amazing and wonderful news, because His heart is amazing and wonderful!! If you are a Christian, you get to experience what Ryan Ellis sings about in this song! You get to claim these lyrics as your own! Our Father’s heart makes a voice sing out with praise saying…
I’ve never felt at home like this. I’ve never known a love like Yours.
Maybe you’re just starting out on your journey with Him, or maybe you became a Christian many years ago and have yet to walk closely beside Him. Whatever your relationship is with Him, know that it only gets better with time. Know that time spent with Him is never wasted, and the more we give God the more we get to know Him. It’s about building a relationship! As we build this relationship we get to experience firsthand what our Father’s heart is all about!
Let’s fill our hearts with this song believing…
God’s heart brings power to the core of everything! He is overflowing with love! He is the breath and living water! He is LIFE! How EXCITING is this!?! As Believers, the Holy Spirit lives within us. This means His abundant, wonder-working, all-mighty power lives within us!!
Friends, God’s power is alive and working in and through our lives as we seek to do His will. The Holy Spirit will guide us! He will direct our steps and draw us closer to our Father’s heart. AND, because of this we can sing praise because we believe!
Our Father’s Heart Longs For A Relationship
Friends, are you struggling to feel these lyrics deep down in your soul?!?! Are you wanting to claim them as your own, but don’t know where to start? Draw near to your Heavenly Father. Seek out the truth in the Bible, and/or reach out to the pastor of your church.
God’s free gift of salvation is available to all! It’s up to each one of us, by faith, to accept it, believe it, and then turn to Him in confession and invite Him in. But, it doesn’t stop there!! Once we accept salvation as our own, we need to make every effort to live in accordance to God’s will and chase after His own heart. It’s when we do this that we can really claim these lyrics as our own and belt them out!!
