Psalms: Chapters 121-130 | Awe-Inspiring Scripture from the book of Psalms! | Open your Bible and fill your heart today!

So many wonderful Bible verses can be found in the book of Psalms! Verses to meditate on, inspire and uplift a soul, and totally get a heart pumping full of majestic joy. AND…I wanted to share the ones that speak truth into my heart, fill me up with gladness, and keep me singing praise to the King of kings.

Although, I do highly recommend each heart take the time needed to journey through this book of the Bible on their own I pray the verses I share will be an encouragement to those that read through them! I also pray these verses I share will ignite a flame of desire in the hearts of many to open up their Bibles and fill up on the powerful words Psalms offers.

Friends, God’s Word is alive and active!!! Every bit of the Bible is useful, and it’s up to each one of us to dig in and fill up. So without further ado, it’s time to dig into Psalms: Chapters 121-130!

Friends, fill your heart with God’s splendor and wonder-working ways! Let the book of Psalms flood your soul. Get excited and be uplifted!!! God’s awesome, divine nature shines through in every single Psalm found in the Bible, and we have access 24/7. Filling up on God’s goodness is ours for the taking every single day we are alive, friends!!!

It’s all about A HEART FILLED! So, fill up!!!

Awe-Inspiring Scripture Found In Psalms: Chapters 121-130

(1) Psalms 121:2

THIS!! It’s a verse to meditate on, remember often, and revisit as much as needed!! Friends, our help comes from the Lord!!! This is amazing news worth basking in.

“My help comes from the Lord, who made Heaven and Earth!”

(2) Psalms 122:1

What’s your attitude like when it comes to going to church? We can and should all delight in church as much as this Psalmist did. After-all, it’s always been part of God’s plan and it’s a vital part of our Christian walk with the Lord! Take a peek inside the Bible and you’ll find God giving specific instructions, in the book of Exodus, on the design of the very first church, aka the Holy Tent. And, if you read through the book of Acts you’ll find God showing us just how amazing it is to come together as a group of fellow Believers. Church is special, helpful, needed, important, and PART OF GOD’S PLAN for His children!

“I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go to the house of the Lord.'”

(3) Psalms 123:1

This is one of many verses that speaks of fixing our eyes on our Lord and Savior!! It’s one God wanted us to hear often. So, open your Bible, fill your heart, and look to Jesus!

“I lift my eyes to You, O God, enthroned in Heaven.“

(4) Psalms 124:8

It’s a repeat from Psalm 121!! Friends, this means something important. Not only is it encouraging to hear these words, but it’s also a wonderful reminder we need to hear.

“Our help is from the Lord, who made Heaven and Earth.“

(5) Psalms 125:1-2

As Believers, we are secure because God surrounds us!! Give thanks, friends.

“Those who trust in the Lord are as secure as Mount Zion; they will not be defeated but will endure forever. Just as the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people, both now and forever.”
Psalms 125:1-2 (NLT)

(6) Psalms 126:5-6

We have access to a great harvest of joy!! Hallelujah!! If you’re in a season of planting tears, please, know your harvest of joy is coming. Stay faithful and persistent! God will come through – in His time, in His way.

“Those who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy. They weep as they go to plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the harvest.”

(7) Psalms 127:3

Children are a gift from the Lord!! When God places kids in our path, whether they are ours or not, remember they are a treasure. It’s important they be treated as the blessing they truly are. Pour into them, cherish them, guide and guard them!!

(8) Psalms 128:1

It’s true!!! Joy comes from the Lord! Indescribable, wonderful, beautiful joy!!

“How joyful are those who fear the Lord— all who follow His ways!“

(9) Psalms 129:2

God sees us through EVERY single time – IT’S TRUE!!! This is what we get to plant our trust in!! We might not see it at the moment but I can testify it will come!! If you stay close to God, as you make you’re way through each trial, heartache, and persecution, you’ll see His mighty hand at work. And as you grow older, you’ll be able to look back and be reminded of all the many times He saw you through!! AND…THIS, my friends, is our testimony and worth the share over and over again!!

“From my earliest youth my enemies have persecuted me, but they have never defeated me.“

(10) Psalms 130:7

It’s all about faith, hope, and love! Thank you Jesus for all You are and all You do!!

“O Israel, hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is unfailing love. His redemption overflows.”

My Prayer For You…

Friends, I pray these verses will encourage, strengthen, and uplift you today!! I pray you allow the Holy Spirit to intervene in your life and show you just how amazing you are in His eyes. I pray you got filled, excited, and are able to keep the worship going strong all week long!
