SONGS OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Songs Of Encouragement (Playlist 2) - A Heart Filled With A Playlist Full Of Encouragement and Praise

I know who I am ’cause I know who You are

The cross of salvation was only the start

Now I am chosen, I’m free and forgiven

I have a future and it’s worth the living

~~~~~~~
When life cuts so deep
Try and remember
You, you’re not alone
We’ve all been there
Scars come with livin’
~~~~~~~

You’re beautifully broken

And you can be whole again

Even a million scars doesn’t change Whose you are

You’re worthy

Beautifully broken

~~~~~~~
God’s not done with you
Even with your broken heart
And your wounds
And your scars
God’s not done with you
Even when you’re lost
And it’s hard
And you’re falling apart
~~~~~~~

I believe that you and I

Are in the right place at the right time

God called us by name

And He doesn’t make mistakes

I know we were born to shine bright

In a dark world that needed some light

A Heart Filled With Praise Intro

(Have you already read some of my playlist posts? CLICK HERE to SKIP PAST THE INTRO and head straight to the playlist.)

I love how Christian music continues to flourish, as more and more Christian artists hit the stage and sing praise to Jesus the King. Friends, music is so, so good for the soul!! Filling our hearts full of worship music makes the days a bit lighter and always brighter.

I’ve been writing about different songs that have touched my life over the past year and I thought moving into the summer would be the perfect time to start sharing some uplifting, encouraging playlists with my readers. Because…YOU CAN’T JUST LISTEN TO ONE SONG AND CALL IT DONE…that’s just not how music works!! Well…at least in my world anyway. So, I’ve got you covered this summer! I’m excited to write these posts as Christian music has always touched a special place in my heart and I love sharing all the songs that comfort me, shake up my world, and help me keep moving forward on this incredible journey with my Lord and Savior!

Songs of Encouragement

Encouraging Music For The Soul

God sends wonderful reminders my way whenever I hit play on my Christian music station. I’m so thankful He does this!! A message of encouragement blasting through my earbuds happens on the regular and it’s because He knows!

Friends, God knows our hearts. He knows what’s going on in our lives. He knows the aches, pains, discouragement and struggles we all face. AND…because He knows, He’s there sending us encouraging messages right when we need them the most. He really does care!! God wants us to hear His voice, so when you crank up the tunes you better be listening. Cuz, guarantee He’s gonna speak through them straight to your heart!!

This is one of the many things I love about my Comforter! How about you?

Christian music is encouragement for our souls, friends! So…

Let’s fill our hearts with an encouraging playlist!!

Songs Of Encouragement (Playlist 3)

Each playlist I share here at A Heart Filled will include five songs, along with some Scripture that solidifies each song’s message. Just like I mentioned with my “Songs About Jesus” playlist, there are so many encouraging songs out there and to narrow it down to just five would be impossible for me. So, that’s my hint at there will be more “Songs Of Encouragement” playlists coming your way. Which is exciting for me, because encouraging songs with meaningful messages is what I need, you need, this world needs.

Turn up the volume and be uplifted. Fix your eyes on Jesus and give Him the glory. He is THE power, strength, and source! Be still and know He is for you not against you. The good thing He has started He will complete. Hallelujah!!

“(29)He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. (30)Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men [and women] stumble and fall; (31)but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Isaiah 40:29-31 (NIV)

Songs Of Encouragement (Playlist 3)

Time to…Be Encouraged!

So you don’t have to spend time looking each song up, and can dive right in, if you keep scrolling you’ll notice I’ve included each song below in one handy dandy spot!! AND…because God speaks to us through the Scriptures you betcha I’m gonna intertwine some encouraging Bible verses into the playlist mix you’re about to encounter!!

Friends, the Bible is God’s living, breathing, all-powerful, active – straight outta His own mouth hitting hearts and sinking deep down in souls – words. When we take the time to open our Bibles, we learn more and more about our Comforter, our Redeemer, our Savior. Friends, reading God’s Word allows us time spent with the One who knows us best, the One who cares about us the most! So, use the list of verses I’ve included below. Study them! Store them in your heart! Be uplifted and encouraged by each one! AND…don’t forget to praise Him through it all.

This song always hits my heart just right, and as I prepared to add it to this playlist it didn’t disappoint. I love the lyrics, but what really got me this time was her music video!! So, I hit pause on this playlist and dove right in. (I just love how God works!!)
